Great! Feeling good? You’re feeling good this morning? Really powerful, isn’t it? I’m going to pray for everyone. If you’re new, you’re really welcome here. It’s like walking in the rain of the presence of God. It’s already here. We keep it prayed up for you. If you don’t have time to pray quite a bit, well, we do the praying, but you should pray all of the time. Amen? Then when you pray too and come into here, you can really feel the presence of God. It is tangible. It is real. It’s even been photographed. He is a marvelous God, isn’t He? Well, they photograph things of the devil, we can photograph something of the Lord. Amen? All right.
Lord, touch the hearts this morning. You are a reality. And once in the heart, it begins to believe that you are a reality. Then miracles take place in their hearts and then you reveal the mysteries of the Bible to them and your will in their lives. This morning, guide, touch them, all the families here, Lord, guide them in the way that you want them to go and help them in their daily lives. Those that need a job, provide a way for them, Lord. Those that are behind in some of their bills and debts, move that you will bless them and make a way, Lord. As they have confidence in your Word and patience, you will move for them. Give the Lord a handclap. Praise the Lord Jesus! Go ahead and be seated. Got a wonderful crowd here. You know, we used to have a crusade and they come from all over the world to be healed by the power of God. They go home and then I get the letters. You only see the miracles here and then they write back about what God has done from them. Some of them, when it happens, you know, there’s a startle, they don’t, they say, they talk about it. But once they find out that really it occurred to them, then they have another jubilee, they have another revival in their hearts.
He is really wonderful. And anybody here this morning, all you have to do is expect in your heart while you’re sitting there and He will give you what you need. Amen? Tonight, I will be here tonight praying for the sick on the platform, and we will be believing for miracles, and we will see miracles by the hand of the Lord. Man doesn’t do this, the Lord Jesus does it for His people. It’s one [healing] of the atonements in the Bible, the same as salvation. It is true, but it says in the Bible that it is only for the believer. It is not for the unbeliever because he must change and become a believer and then these things take place in his life.
How many of you can say, praise the Lord? This morning I won’t be doing too much prophecy at all, but I will be doing some more prophecy according to the scriptures and according to the prophetic gift and I believe that people’s eyes should be open to the things that are written in the Word of God and also what God is revealing that is shortly to come to pass. Do you believe that? How many feel really good? Do you feel good? Alright, that’s enough of that. We come here to preach the Word of God now. You know, the Bible says this…we’ll begin the message, it will be a short message. I have been doing quite a bit, but it seems that by cutting down on the sermons and then praying for the people, like we’ve been doing Wednesday night, and then sometimes I’ll switch back to a straight message, you seem to be doing more for the Lord and blessing the people. And I have been saving a lot of time because I don’t take much time with you-know-what, so why don’t you add that to your book? Can you say amen? And you get more in it that time, so Lord bless your hearts.
1.Alright, this morning, did you know the Bible said the gates of hell and all the demon powers shall not prevail against His church? Now that is a marvelous mystery and a wonder, but it says they will not be able to prevail. All worldwide could go against it, every devil in hell could go against it, but it says the true church, the very gates, that means right out of it, could not prevail against what He is going to do for His people in the latter end of the ages. He is going to have a people that will believe in Him. He will have a group of people that will believe with all of their heart because they can look around and see by the signs on every side that the coming of the Lord is getting closer and closer. So, we see that. In the other way, the Bible said the only way to escape the judgments that are coming upon this world is to believe in the scriptures. That’s the only hope the Bible gives. How many of you can say praise the Lord to that? So, this morning, you know, people are always looking around and they see the crime, they see the broken homes, the murders, the sorrows, the wars, the famines, the droughts. They see the teenage rebellion and the things that are happening that are perilous, and they look around and it kind of makes them feel depressed and they lose their joy. But you know, we come to church for an uplift. How many of you believe that? And if they are always looking for that, but let me tell you, there are some wonderful things in the Bible that will uplift the people that look at it from a positive standpoint. Sure, those things are there. We just can’t ignore them, they are there. But we are to use the Word of God in our hearts, with all of our hearts and then there is joy in the midst of trouble. Do you believe that?
2.And this morning we’re going to talk about it here. There is one thing though, the cares of this life, the very cares of this life will blind you to the promises of God. And the cares of this life will cause you to miss the glorious translation and the coming of the Lord. So, don’t ever let the cares of this life, families or relatives or anything else…you remember coming out of Sodom, Lot and his two daughters and his wife and she looked back because some relatives had gone into Sodom. I believe I wrote that months ago and it’s just released on a scroll. And as she looked back on the relatives and so forth, she was turned to a pillar of salt, the Bible says, and the rest fled on out there. Don’t let anything, the cares of this life, anybody that is a neighbor, anybody that you’re working with, no matter what it is, family or what, don’t look back. March right straight through. We are going through and the gates of hell cannot prevail against it. Isn’t it wonderful? He chose this sermon this morning to bring it. Some people say it’s, you know, I don’t want to hear about those things, but they are reality. Amen? They think nothing about turning television on seeing four or five [people] shot down. Can you say amen? This is easy compared to that. Just open up your heart so God can bless you. Allow your faith to work.
3.Now here’s some…listen to this, Paradise. We are gonna talk about it this morning. It’s a wonderful place. Now, make friends now that they may welcome you in the life to come. I’m gonna read a scripture that’s puzzling. People often wrote me in the mail and said, “Would you explain this scripture? I can’t understand this scripture.” Here it is right here: “And I say unto you, [this is Jesus talking], make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness.” Now that is the sinners that are in the world. How many of you know that? Make friends. Now you know what that means? It is, make friends by converting them to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Now you have to use the money of the world. You have to work among those people, but it is said to make friends. You will understand this when we get finished here in the morning here. It said mammon of unrighteous, make friends. “That when you fail,” meaning when you pass on, go on away, or in the translation, or just pass on and expire and go on into heaven like that. It said, “When you fail that they may receive you into everlasting habitations (Luke 16: 9). That means while you are on this earth, make friends through the gospel of Jesus Christ, put everything that you have and all of your prayers behind it. Testify, allowing the power of God to move, converting the souls, and they will become your friends. Some of you here this morning have given, to the gospel of Jesus Christ and I’m going by publications all over the United States and many foreign countries. You are making friends that you will [may] never see in this life. How many of you realize that? People that write to me and say, “I got converted by reading your literature, I was healed by reading your literature. A prayer cloth was sent to me, and the Lord took away my sickness. And my family was converted by the power of listening to one of your cassettes or reading one of your books.” Make friends. And this is what it is: When you get through with your life, some of those you will probably ever never see in your life–but because of your prayers and you got behind something that was anointed, that went forth– and these people that were converted because of your efforts, the Bible says, you will be rewarded. And when you arrive, when you fail, meaning when you pass on from this world, those friends will run out to meet you. They will say, “Oh” because the Lord tells them where it comes from. And they went on before you, many of those people were older and they had passed on.
4.And it said, make friends among the unrighteous by preaching the gospel to them. And those that believe according to it, when they are converted and pass on, a lot many of them will be there before you do. Some of you know right now, some of those who have already passed on that you helped get into heaven. I know many of them have passed on from the mailing list when I first started, because they were getting up in years. Make friends, the Bible said when you yourself go, that they will come out to meet you. Isn’t that wonderful? And they will say, “We are your friends.” I want all the friends I can get. Isn’t that wonderful? All right, that’s the gospel. That’s what that means. I will read it again. Make friends now that they may welcome you in the life to come and the more [people] that you cause to become Christians, the more [people] are going to welcome you in the life to come. Like say, for instance, since you were a little child, many have passed on that you might have preached the gospel to. And they passed on the way. Now say, if you just expire and you go on to your place with the Lord, did you know all of those people, if it was this moment right here, would be there to welcome you? Isn’t that wonderful? Sure, you say, “Well, my body’s in a grave.” That doesn’t make no difference because it said, the spirit goes upward. Can you say amen to that? Now listen to this right here and that’s strange coming in all this but listen to the scripture here. And you know, by prayer and getting behind it, it works like that. So, make friends now that they may welcome you.
5.Lazarus suffered evil things, but at death he went to paradise. This is a wonderful scripture. You see, there are people in this world that say, “No one cares about me, you know, I don’t feel anybody cares about me.” You have those kinds of people, but Jesus cares. Evidently, this person [Lazarus] thought probably the same thing because everything seemed to be working against him. I will read the scripture here: “And it came to pass that the beggar died and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom” (Luke 16: 22). That’s paradise. It’s symbolic. The rich man also died and he was buried, but he went to another place (Luke 16:21). And so he suffered many evil things (v.21), but at death he went to paradise. No one cared for the beggar, no one at all, but the Bible said, Jesus welcomed him in. If that was the only one to meet him, that would be wonderful, isn’t it? And there He welcomed him into paradise. On this earth, no one may care for you. They may not care about you, but I can tell you one thing, you will have friends when you get there. You will have friends down here. Many of us have friends, but in this world, we find that there’s one that cares, and that’s the Lord Jesus. After all, He has the key. Can you say amen? Reminds me of this scripture: the resurrected Christ has the keys to death and Hades. “I am he that liveth, and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, [Never die again]Amen: and I have the keys of hell and death. (Revelation 1:18). Never die. He has the keys over satan, death and hell. He has the keys that you enter into heaven, and I will give you an open door that no man can shut and you go in and out and work in the gospel of that open door. Then Revelation 4 says, a door was open. You go through that door to walk through the other [open] door. How wonderful it is! Time dimensions into eternity around the rainbow throne. It is wonderful. We have that one right there. I believe in one of our broadcasts you will be watching, we are discussing the time door with a reporter, and you get to see that one of these days. So, He has the keys to that.
6.Repentant thief promised entrance to paradise. Now this scripture, a lot of people say, “You know, I think I’ll just wait until it’s my time to go, you know, and then I will do like the thief on the cross.” Let me give a little advice on that. I was thinking about that one day. No doubt many will probably get there that way. I don’t really know. But I was thinking about it one day, and I was praying about that. And you know, people that have heard the gospel, heard the gospel, heard the gospel, heard the gospel, and have turned it down, turned it down, turned it down, turned it down, that scripture is probably not for them. Can you say amen? The thief was on the cross, and that was his last chance, and he had never heard the gospel before. It’s only one time that he heard the gospel, and the bible said he had heartfelt religion. He really meant it in his heart, and he asked forgiveness, and here is what Jesus said to him. It said right in the bible here. It said, “Verily I say unto you, today shalt thou be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43). Today thou shall be with me in paradise. Isn’t that wonderful? Think about that scripture. Don’t put it off on a deathbed repentance. If you’ve heard the gospel hundreds of times, it’ll probably be very hard for you to reach out. How many of you realize? That was the last opportunity for this fella. It was the last time that he had. He never heard the gospel before, but the thing about it is he believed in his heart, and Jesus said, this is marvelous. He’s never heard it before, and here he says, I believe. How wonderful it is, and then we have it there. So, he was in paradise because he had heartfelt repentance there.
7.Paradise is a place of many mansions, glory, and the Holy Spirit has created a marvelous place in John 14:2, and Paradise is a prepared place, just like this earth. The Lord put it out here in nothing. It’s out in space, and because of the sun, the way that it pulls and causes speed of the earth and so forth, it’s just here. God put the earth here, and all the universe and the infinite kingdoms of God we can see everywhere. He put it here, and it’s a paradise, a prepared place, and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again. It’s just like the sun. It’s a prepared place. It’s just like Venus. It’s a prepared place. It’s just like the earth. It’s a prepared place, and paradise is a prepared place, just like all the other things that He made there. “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again” Amen. It’s already prepared. “And receive you unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:3). How many of you want to go to that place? Isn’t it wonderful there?
8.And then the tree of life, listen to this scripture here. The tree of life is in the Paradise of God. There it is, right there. What a marvelous place! For a while, get out of this dimension on the earth, and begin to realize that other dimension, which crosses over through time into eternity, and that’s spiritual things. While we are still walking around and looking at material things, there is a spiritual world that your eyes could pierce through–the spiritual world. You could look into angels and the very glories of God, because the glories of the Lord, it said, fill the earth. How many of you really believe that in your heart? Sure, if your eyes could change just for a moment, you would begin to see things that you’ve never seen before. They are right here. Somebody could tell you, you know, down in the ocean, there’s all kinds of fish in there, and it’s beautiful fish of all sorts, you see. You’ve never seen the place, and you probably would doubt him, but yet, they’re down there. Can you say amen? The same thing here. All kinds of things from the other spiritual world, the attributes of God, the principalities of the Lord, and all of the things that He has for His children, are in another dimension. It is real, and when you change, you will be able to see that dimension from a glorified body. Now, the Bible says this, the Tree of Life is in the Paradise of God. That tree is the Lord Jesus. “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life [and that means from the Holy Spirit, from the Word that’s preached], which is in the midst of paradise of God” (Revelation 2:7).
9.And then the obedient will enter the gates of the city of paradise. What is it? The ones that are obedient to the Word of God, the ones that believe in the Word of God, and those that act. It’s not the ones that say, “Lord, Lord, Lord,” but it is he that doeth the will of the Lord. Isn’t that wonderful? I mean, sure, it is true. We have that. “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates of the city” (Revelation 22:14). If you are obedient to the message–now this message is full of the scriptures–I keep man out of as much as possible, so that day I will not be blamed. And keeping the Word of God, for in it is life and there is only one way to escape out of this life into the next, and that is through the Word of God. It is not through man, it will not be just through me, but it would be by the Holy Spirit. You can’t get there through a system. You can’t get there through somebody else’s name or denominational name. The only way that you can get there in the body of the Lord Jesus Christ is by the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the Word of God. So by bringing these scriptures, if you’re obedient to this message, you’ve got a chance to go where we’ve been talking about this morning.
10.So it says right here, the obedient to enter the gates of the city of Paradise. It’s just as real, it’s just as powerful, and I will tell you, and I’m not just making it up, and I don’t tell people very many things, because there’s so many things that you can hear anyway. But it wasn’t too long after I was converted, and some of the pictures here, one or two look similar to it, but nowhere could touch it. It just seemed like it was something that you describe. I don’t know how it all took place, but I was up high. It was in a heavenly place, and I saw clouds, and it was, look, how many of you ever seen the ocean when it rolls, when it rolls in? All right, you multiply as far as you can see in that ocean, and as far as I could see, I saw the actual rolls of glory of God, until it rolled clear on out, and just lit up into great glories. And it was right after I was converted, and given the ministry, and you see the blind eyes, the deaf ears, the tumors, and the cancers just disappear by the power of God. And you know, my life hadn’t always been a Christian, but He converted me. You remember Paul in the Bible wasn’t always a Christian either, but God converted him and look what work he did. It was after that I was converted. I didn’t see this before I was converted, but I saw it afterwards, after the Lord had spoken to me, and gave me the power of the Lord to go by myself, independently, and do what He sent me to do. And I looked, and I’ve never seen anything like it in my life, and I beheld, and I watched, and it just rolled across the heavens like that. And like I say, then it would come in great lights, and it would just light up like that. It was the glories of God, and the bible said, the whole earth is filled with the glories of God. And Isaiah was caught up into a place, I believe it’s chapter 6, and the seraphims, and the cherubims were there, and it’s the glory of God, and he said, it fills the earth, it is everywhere.
11.And what the Lord was revealing to me, there is no way to get out of the glory of God. It is real. Heaven, in other words, He was showing me, and revealing to me, that heaven is a real place, that is what He was showing me. And that the glory of God is a real place, but because of the sin, because of the war, because of all of the turmoil, and the confusion, and the crime, and what we see upon the earth, it blinds the people from the great majestic power of the Lord. But it is real. Someday all of you will get a chance to know that it is real. My heart’s prayer is that you will all make it in there in good order, in a positive order, and see the glory of God. And some things, He will not show me because He will not show everybody everything, not this I saw, and when I came to, watching, I never did forget it. It was something marvelous that God did.
12.So it is real. And bringing in this sermon this morning, I might have mentioned [it] only twice or three times in my ministry, that particular instance there. But in this sermon this morning, the Lord brought that back to me, and there it is. It just rolled, I mean it just rolled across there, like huge rollings, like the ocean and then it would break forth in that beautiful colors of what the Lord has. You know, He doesn’t have just one color. How many of you know that? I saw all kinds of myriads of different glories of God. He is marvelous! You know, John was caught through a time door into eternity, and he looked, and it was a rainbow throne of all colors and then he saw an emerald, there it was with it. In the Bible, Isaiah, and the prophets began to look, and they saw all kinds of glories. Solomon’s temple was filled full of the glory of God, until they couldn’t even minister in that place. It was so thick with power, they couldn’t even see where this was going, hardly. How many of you believe it? And I saw some of that rolling. It was real this morning. It is real as you are sitting right there. The very thing we saw, the very thing that I saw, and what we see today sometimes, is a thing that created you. So there is another dimension, and it won’t be long till we will be getting into that dimension.
13.I feel people are getting a hold of God now, don’t you? How many of you feel the Lord Jesus? Amen. It’s wonderful. So we have the obedient to enter into paradise. I will never forget it. Now, the resurrection, there is a resurrection of life. It will come in the bible in Luke 3:13 &14. The resurrection from the dead, He will bring him forth. It’s coming to pass. The dead are raised as God is not the God of the dead, but God is the God of the living. Let’s read that scripture here. “Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him” Luke 20:37 & 38). God is a God of the living, and He’s gonna make them alive. Everyone that’s ever lived will have to be made alive. One will depart one way, and the other will depart the other way. But they have to come back to face Him. There is no way out of it. You can burn it, burn your body, do anything you want, but you will have to come back one day and stand before the great King. Isn’t this wonderful? How many of you believe this morning? I preach the gospel, can you say amen? That’s wonderful, isn’t it? You know, when you give, you have to give an account, the miracles that God performs in the Word of God. And if you follow the Bible pattern, if you’re ever gonna help anybody, if you’re ever gonna do anything for anybody, you’ve got to bring it just like the Bible gives it and then they receive help whether they even want to or not. It’s overpowering. They just have to flat turn it down. Then they know you are right anyway, even if they don’t serve God. How many of you believe that? Sure, there’s no way out of it.
14.“For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.” Because he said, I and my Father are one. When you see me, you’ve seen Him. So, He works miracles there. He quickeneth whom He will (John 5:21). The resurrection of life, and there’s a resurrection of damnation in the Bible there. We are leaving paradise for a moment. But the Holy Spirit wills that all those that believe, He prays or He wills through Jesus Christ, the intercession, that all of those will be resurrected into life. And whosoever will, let him come. How many of you realize that? I got some scriptures here too. This morning we’re going to get some scriptures here. Christ is the resurrection and the life. “I am the resurrection and the life. He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live…” (John 11:25). Isn’t that wonderful? The dead can’t stay dead. Isn’t that wonderful? Sure, the dead can’t. He that believeth hath everlasting life but he that believeth not does not. We have that. He that believeth is passed from death into life (John 5:24). It’s just that simple. It’s just that positive. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life. I give my sheep eternal life (John 10: 27-28). It’s just wonderful promises.
15.I give eternal life unto as many as is given to me from the Holy Spirit. Do you believe that this morning? How many of you believe that? Remember, He said, “I am alive forevermore. I have the keys to death and hell.” He’s the only One that has those keys. He has power over satan, at the cross it said he is defeated. And by faith–satan can only bluff you because Jesus said he has no power, for I have stripped him of his power. The only way that he has power is through unbelief. He has no power through faith, because of the atonement and He said he is cast out. So this morning, take your possession, take the place that God has given you. He has given you a place to stand against anything by the power of the Lord for the keys of the kingdom and the keys of the Lord Jesus are given to those that believe. You have the keys to the kingdom of God. It’s wonderful, isn’t it? People here this morning, you don’t know your position since the cross and the resurrection, the position that the Lord gives. Each individual is most potent in power. Behold, I give you power over all the power of the enemy (John 10:19). And if you only knew your position, if you are new this morning, you have got a position. Each man and woman is given a measure of faith. Therefore, you have a position. It’s just a tiny seed, but it can expand. It can be as powerful until it is just like great exploits from the power of God, a wheel within a wheel of power. It’s because people do not know their position, then they do not have any power. But know your position that satan has been defeated, that Jesus has given you the keys, and you agree in the power of the Lord, and all things are possible to him that believeth. Isn’t that right? And nothing shall be impossible.
16.I feel His power this morning. I am going to pray for every one of you this morning to believe in the Lord, and I believe He is going to bless your heart. I really believe that. I want you to stand on your feet here this morning. Then when I rally, I’m going to pray for you and build up your faith. If you are new here this morning, it is time for you to give your heart to the Lord Jesus. Oh, you come on down here and tonight get in this prayer line. If you’ve got any faith at all, you will be back here in this prayer line tonight. I will be praying for the sick. I am going to preach about seven minutes, and I will be praying for the sick here tonight on this platform. If you want to see miracles, you come back and believe in God. Everybody, come on down here, I am going to pray for you. Let’s rally. Praise God! Whoa! Reach on out there. Come on, reach out here. Jesus! He is going to bless you. I really feel it. Come on now. Believe it. Is it great? Give it up there. It’s going to bless your heart.
